AIST is pleased to announce the Super Grads program will again be available commencing February 2018.
Industry, public sector or corporate superannuation funds, and related entities that support the profit-to-member superannuation sector are eligible to participate in the 12 month program. The Super Grads program is a national program and welcomes participation from eligible organisations in all States and Territories.

The 12 month Super Grads program offers participants:
Approximately 15 positions across most capital cities within Australia
Roles in marketing, communications, legal and compliance, finance, investment, business development, policy and research, IT, customer service and client relations
Nationally recognised training RG146
Professional Development Plan tailored to your role and development needs
Two one-week training and development retreats
Attendance at Australia's largest profit-to-member superannuation conference (CMSF)
Access to a formal mentor from the industry
Two one-week industry placements
Networking opportunities with other graduates and senior figures in the super industry

The Super Grads program is an initiative run by the industry for the industry. The program allows us to showcase our rapidly growing industry and the variety of excellent career opportunities that exist within it. We are committed to identifying and developing talented individuals graduating from universities across the country in a variety of specialist fields to work in the profit-to-member superannuation industry. The program aims to equip the selected graduates for a career in the sector with an understanding of the underlying ethos of profit-to-member superannuation. We aim to develop people who are genuinely committed to making a difference to the quality of retirement for working people and their families.
This program will be coordinated by AIST on behalf of industry, public sector and corporate superannuation funds and associated service providers.
